From Idea to Prototype
Our Pre-Incubation Programme is designed for aspiring entrepreneurs, innovators, students, researchers, and early-stage ventures in fisheries, aquaculture, seafood, marine technology, and allied sectors who have an innovative idea or early-stage concept and want to transform it into a viable solution.
The programme provides structured support to identify and validate real-world problems, develop and refine ideas, build prototypes, explore business models, understand market opportunities, and prepare ventures for incubation and commercialization.
The programme creates a supportive ecosystem where innovators can test, learn, collaborate, and build the confidence and capabilities needed to take their ideas towards successful entrepreneurship.
